Factors that affect the credit period

  • Billing cycle length

    The billing cycle length can vary from 27–31 days depending on the card issuer. 

  • Grace period

    The grace period can vary from 18–48 days to 25–55 days depending on the payment due date. 

  • Pending dues

    If there are any pending dues from the previous month, the grace period will not be applicable. 

  • Cash withdrawals

  • Cash withdrawals are not eligible for the interest-free period.
